• We offer APICS Certified Supply Chain Professions (CSCP), Certified in Logistics, Transport &Distribution (CLTD) , and CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management).
• SAPICS courses include Basics of Stores and Stock Control and Principles of Production and Inventory Management.
• Soft skills training and team building through applying coaching principles is a specialized areas that is customized to the specific environment.
• We provide LEAN training and simulations and games for everything from 5S to Heijunka, Muda, Muri, Mura and more.
• Warehouse Management Systems Training: We are “software agnostic” and offer customized training programmes when our clients are rolling out new WMS or upgrading systems. We are familiar with a range of WMS products, but our unique offering lies in bringing many years of hands-on warehousing experience to the training table. We work with software consultants and internal IT teams to create customized material, and deliver that material to the workforce, be it using handheld scanners or Voice Control Devices, tablets, laptops or desktop computers. We create learner materials and assessments, on-the-job training aids, facilitator guides and all materials to enable hand over to the inhouse training team after the project has gone live.
